Richard Knocker

Richard joined the team from a diverse and interesting background, having spent 12 years in the military working for many years as a special forces helicopter pilot for both the Navy and the British Army he brings his own dynamic approach to helping to ensure we all get the job done. Although Richard spent two years as communications manager back in 1992 he assures us that this in no way makes him a �techy� and he is quick to point out that he feels more at home on the operational side of a business.

Richard heads up Operational Matters for Ryedale Telecommunications and as well his dynamic personality and sharp sense of humour he also comes with a wealth of Customer Relationship Management experience from the Retail Sector.

When not helping to push us along on the right direction you will occasionally find Richard flying our customers (or potential customers!!) around in a squirrel helicopter called �FIBS�
