Thananuwat graduated from the King Monkut Institute of Technology, in Thailand, with a B. Eg in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management.
With a career firmly rooted in the field of Telecommunications he brings with him to ICCOM more than twenty years of experience working for many of the major Telecommunications giants prolific in the South East Asian Market, companies such as Sumitomo, Ericsson and Siemens. Starting out as an Outside Plant Design Engineer, for Sumitomo and Ericcson, Thananuwat at an early stage in his career quickly found himself being drawn more and more into a managerial role and was responsible for the coordination of the whole of the OSP Contracts of Siemens, during their implementation of the TelecomAsia 2.6 million Liner Project, in Bangkok, from 1992 to 1997. From there he moved into Sales, becoming a Key Account Manager for Siemens, responsible for the accounts of such customers as : TOT, COMLINK, PTT, EGAT AND TT&T.
Leaving Siemens in 2002, Thananuwat joined the Chloride Power & Protection Group, taking up the position of Sales and Marketing Director, eventually becoming the General Manager for the whole Thailand Operation in 2006.
Ever looking for new challenges and opportunities, Thananuwat with his in depth knowledge of the Thai Communications Market, joins ICCOM Asia in 2007 as Business Director
