Alice has over twelve years experience working within the telecommunications industry. She was introduced via a software writing company - a sister Company to Ryedale Telecommunications that was one of the market leaders in writing software for the major telecommunications companies, such as Alcatel, Nortel, and others. She says she never expected to become so drawn into the industry that she would still be there twelve years later! However it is a dynamic and challenging environment that has caught and held her enthusiasm.

Alice is responsible for driving the business forward, reaching new customers and ensuring that the Company keeps up with emerging technologies, and new suppliers.

It is her vision that keeps the Company focused and inspired.

Perhaps because Alice came from a European corporate background – having worked as a legal linguist for nearly 20 years – she developed a keen understanding of the level of professionalism and attention to detail that high-end users require from service industries. When the opportunity arose to demonstrate that she wasn’t all talk, Alice set about proving that conscientiousness and professionalism are as important as technical knowledge, when negotiating on a customer’s behalf between the proliferation of products available and the confusing hierarchies of suppliers fighting for the business.

If all of this sounds a bit too serious, Alice is keen to point out that her spaniel Molly; helps keep her feet on the ground.. or on the beach ..or up in the hills …
