The five floor building sits on Britain's most easterly location at Ness Point in Lowestoft, featuring adaptable state-of-the-art offices, conference and exhibition facilities, and high-tech communications links. It is home to more than 30 small and medium sized companies involved in offshore renewable energy, as well as a centre of academic expertise, supporting new and existing businesses within a flourishing commercial and information network.
