Harlow Enterprise Hub

Harlow Enterprise Hub was officially opened by Rt Hon Lord Mandelson, Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform on 4 December 2008, and has been developed by a partnership comprising Harlow Council, EEDA and Harlow Renaissance Ltd.

The Hub is housed in The Kao-Hockham Building (formerly Great Eastern House) on Edinburgh Way, and was purchased by Harlow Council in 2006 using funding from DCLG and EEDA. In January 2008 T.J. Evers began the refurbishment work on the building, and in May 2008, Harlow Council contracted with NWES (Norfolk & Waveney Enterprise Services) to manage and operate the hub.

ICCOM were delighted to work once again with NWES and Suffolk County Council to design and install the telecommunications services for the building.
Harlow Enterprise Hub provides a modern, supportive working environment for individuals and small partnerships taking their first steps in starting or developing their new business, whilst providing a prime location for small established businesses looking for prestigious premises as a platform for growth.
Harlow Enterprise Hub offers three floors of quality office-type accommodation which can be tailored to meet specific needs. Accommodation starts at 200 square feet and is offered on flexible, "easy-in/easy out" terms. Tenants will also be able to access sound business advice and business support services as part of their occupancy agreement with ICCOM providing ongoing IT and telecommunications support.
